The Live the Life story is one wild ride! You can also watch the full story on video on this page. Kristi Attaway is the founder and creator of Live the Life. She created it on the foundational thoughts of prevention, not treatment. Since she was a child, Kristi has always had a passion for fitness and health. She learned very quickly that too many people went to the doctor to get their symptoms treated instead of finding the real solutions. She also became a Registered Nurse and found out shortly that she could help people only so much if they waited to get surgery, and take pills and drugs to treat the symptoms of their underlying problem. Although some of these methods have their place, she knew that most people could have easily prevented the reasons they were in the hospital in the first place. As she was working as a RN, she had already been certified and personally training women and men in fitness. She was also teaching group fitness and had become a certified nutritionist. Eventually as she trained the hundreds of people that came through her door, she realized more and more that every truly sustainable result came from creating strong habits of nutrition as the primary focus, and exercise as the secondary focus. In fact, she began to strictly consult on nutrition and create custom meal plans in all kinds of varieties. She then gave a work out plan to her clients and instructed them on the basics as they needed it. What she found was with 80% focus on nutrition, people began to shed fat like crazy! They began to feel better, have more sustained energy, they didn't get sick as often, and they began to truly improve in all other areas of their life. Her clients began to get such amazing and lasting results that the word spread very quickly about Kristi and her special talent she had for transforming people's bodies with nutrition and fitness. She began consulting top athletes, respected corporate executives, and a full variety of people who were willing to wait on her waiting list. And as they say..."the rest is history".
Eventually Kristi and Tricia (Trish) Allen crossed paths and found they had something very similar...their hearts. They both wanted to inspire people to live their life bigger, better, and fuller. That's how the Live the Life program was born. Now Kristi's 10+ years of knowledge, experimentation, frustrations, and successes along with Trish's passion for life have all been simplified even further and put into a program for both women and men to follow with the surety that they will get results that last a lifetime.
Today more than ever, there are all kinds of quick fix diets and extreme work outs that promise results but don't ever deliver on their promises in the long run. In fact, these quick fixes fall into the same category of treating a symptom instead of preventing the real problem. Live the Life has no quick fix solutions, no fat burning pills, no work out gadgets, and no starving yourself with crazy shots, drops, and appetite suppressants. We only teach long lasting and sustaining principles of nutrition and fitness that have been around hundreds of years. The difference is that we've experimented, tested and created a simple and proven way to do it in today's super busy lifestyle we all have. You follow the simple and proven meal plans and work out plans and... what you get is straight, undeniable habits and results that last a lifetime.
As we've perfected our programs over time, we've come to realize a very important hierarchy of life. This hierarchy is based on a foundation of our physical body. We fully believe that without a healthy life full of energy and vitality, that it's impossible to fully enjoy the rest of the areas in your life that you're meant to enjoy. When you take care of your body, the rest of the areas in your life seem to fall into place so much more rapidly and without as much resistance. Your relationships get better both socially and intimate, family life becomes more enjoyable, you can manage your finances easier, you become a leader and stand out in your career, you can do more of what you've always wanted to do. That's what we call Live the Life!

Brent is one of the Co-Founders of Live The Life. Everything he knows about nutrition and fitness came from the foundation he learned from the founder (and his wife) Kristi. He loves being a business partner with his wife, they have fun pursuing something they both enjoy and have extreme passion for. Brent love's hanging out with his two sons and creating havoc. He loves to snowboard, wakeboard, waterski, and play all kinds of sports. He's extremely passionate about life and teaching others to truly pursue what they're really capable of.
Brent is an innovator and marketer at heart, with a talent for seeing the future opportunities and diving in head first after those opportunities. He loves the challenge of taking things to a whole new level and creating a new standard. He sees Live the Life as a dream in the making...teaching men and women to truly pursue their dreams and bringing them to a reality.

How we do it
This is where Live the Life stands out among all the rest. How do we create, deliver, and then coach you through a program that will leave you looking and feeling amazing?
One of our motto's at Live the Life is "Simplicity." We are always asking our members how we can make our programs more simple to understand, simple to follow, and simple to get results. And now over the years, we have developed and continue to develop the most simple nutrition and fitness programs in the world.
Every meal plan and work out comes with simple tools to use and follow so that you can get the best results in the least amount of time. Each meal plan is laid out so you can understand it like a regular cook book. However, we cut out all the long drawn-out cooking instructions and get right to the point. You won't find dozens of ingredients in each meal, we keep it to maybe a handful at most. What's amazing is that even with a few ingredients, we teach you how to create these meals to be super tasty and full of flavor. We then provide a smart shopping list for each meal plan to make it even easier. Every meal has a picture for you to see, even your shopping list has pictures for you to refer to as you're at the grocery store looking for the items. We have now combined print tools, online tools, and mobile devices to learn and follow these simple meal plans and work outs no matter what type of lifestyle you have.
